I've worked with young and older adults and people with learning disabilities in home based support, where I learnt that good care isn't a checklist, it's how people feel at the end of the day.  I started CareaLott because I kept seeing gaps, rushed visits, families left out of the loop, staff without time to really listen, I wanted a company where the small things really count - remembering how someone takes their tea, answering a daughter's text on time, giving care with space to build trust -actually  count.  That's the work I care about.

Hi, I'm Bailey, i'm Lynnette's owner, but she would like to think that she's my owner, we just won't tell her (Our little secret), and I'm also their top dog around here at Carealott and I'm here to spread a bit of joy and kindness. One paw at a time. When I'm not being a good boy I'm probably getting belly rubs or sniffing out ways to make life a bit brighter for our mates.  At Carealott, we care about people, pets and the planet. And I'm here to help make that happen. Nice to meet you.

I spent 3 years running my child care business from home. I have worked in various care homes, Private and general hospitals, autistic homes and college.  Low and medium secure mental health units, nursing homes, home care, private homes. Necessary residential care and also end-of-life care..
